Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, placing a delivery order and purchasing from us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you request a delivery slot we'll do our best to hold it for you. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may release a delivery window if you're running very late without a word.
Menu items and prices are shown in good faith and may change from time to time as fresh fruit availability and seasons do. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative.
For custom fruit selections we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages. Please don't copy our content, branding or photography for commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over every delivery of fresh berries, watermelon and healthy snacks, and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
